The central government has said that Twitter has lost credibility in the country.This validates Twitter's actions in the tool kit case.A special cell of the Delhi Police had questioned Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari in connection with the incident in Bangalore.

Meanwhile, the central government has termed the actions taken by Twitter in the Congress toolkit case as "unreliable".The central government also termed the tweets of BJP leaders as "manipulated" by Twitter as "unreliable".The report of the committee appointed to look into the matter makes this clear.
